Thank you for exhibiting at CollectaVerse—the collector-first event built to help vendors maximize traffic, create meaningful customer connections, and generate strong sales. Our goal is to deliver an exceptional experience for both exhibitors and attendees.

Event Schedule
Friday, September 18, 2026
Vendor Check-In & Badge Pickup
4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Vendor check-in opens Friday afternoon. Every vendor should pick up their badges before unloading whenever possible.

Vendor Move-In
Friday, September 18
4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
This is the preferred move-in period for all exhibitors.
Our staff will be available to assist with directions and booth locations.
We strongly encourage vendors to complete setup Friday evening so you can enjoy a stress-free opening on Saturday morning.
Saturday, September 19
Final Move-In
7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
All booths must be completely set up and ready before attendee doors open.
Show Hours
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Vendor Move-Out
Sunday, September 20
Vendor Move-Out
5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Please do not begin packing before the official closing announcement.
Early teardown negatively impacts the attendee experience and fellow exhibitors.
Parking
The Orleans Hotel & Casino offers complimentary self-parking for vendors and attendees.
Please use the designated hotel entrances and follow staff directions for unloading.
Additional move-in instructions, including the recommended unloading route and ballroom access, will be emailed approximately one week before the event.
What’s Included With Each Vendor Table
Every standard vendor space includes:
- One (1) 8-foot table
- Black table covering
- Two (2) chairs
- Two (2) Vendor Badges
Vendor badges provide access during:
- Move-in
- Show hours
- Move-out
If you need additional tables, chairs, or vendor badges, please contact CollectaVerse before the event. Additional items are subject to availability and additional fees.
Glass Showcases
Glass showcases will be available on a limited basis.
If you require showcases, please reserve them in advance through the Vendor Information Form or by contacting the CollectaVerse team.
Availability cannot be guaranteed after reservations close.
Security
Professional overnight security will monitor the ballroom during non-show hours.
However, vendors remain responsible for their own merchandise.
We recommend:
- Locking high-value inventory in display cases
- Removing exceptionally valuable items overnight if preferred
- Carrying appropriate business insurance
CollectaVerse, The Orleans Hotel & Casino, and event staff are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.
Vendor Badges
Each table includes two (2) vendor badges.
Badges must be worn and visible whenever you are inside the ballroom.
Replacement badges:
- Require identification
- Are issued at management’s discretion
- May be subject to a replacement fee
Vendor Code of Conduct
CollectaVerse is committed to creating one of the premier collectibles events in the country.
All vendors agree to:
- Conduct business professionally
- Treat customers, vendors, staff, and hotel personnel with courtesy and respect
- Follow all venue policies
- Operate within their assigned booth space
- Keep aisles clear
- Maintain a clean booth throughout the event
- Follow all published move-in and move-out schedules
No Early Breakdown Policy
Our attendees deserve a full event experience until closing.
To protect every vendor’s sales opportunities:
No booth may begin packing or breaking down before 5:00 PM on Sunday, September 20.
Vendors who violate this policy may:
- Lose priority booth selection for future events
- Lose eligibility to participate in future CollectaVerse events

Vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable copyright, trademark, tax, and licensing laws.
Counterfeit or unauthorized merchandise is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal from the event.
